Selected Portfolio Companies

Post Oak Companies was formed in 1998 to acquire established middle-market companies in the manufacturing sector of the energy business. In total, 16 companies were acquired and consolidated into six platform companies, two of which were subsequently merged. The combined businesses included manufacturers of low-pressure wellhead equipment, forged flanges and heat exchangers and machining and welding capabilities to make products for the oil and gas, power and aerospace industries.
